When you enter the date of your match, we look up the result automatically (score, scorers, venue and attendance) from public records. You can also upload a photo of your ticket and we'll read the details off it. Every field is editable, so you're always in control.

Yes. Take a screenshot of your ticket in your club's app and upload it, we'll read the teams, date and seat automatically, then fill in the score for you.

The Stub is a true ticket size (180×84mm) on 300gsm double-sided gloss photo card. You can also have the moment as a print (A5, A4 or A3), framed or unframed. Prices run from £9.99 for the Stub to £29.99 for the A3 framed print. Two stubs are £14.99 and three are £19.99. Pairing a stub with any print or frame takes £3 off the stub.

Delivery is free across the UK on every order. Outside the UK you pay exactly what Royal Mail charges us to post it, shown in the basket as soon as you pick your country. We don't add anything on top.

Yes, we post to over 80 countries. In the basket, choose Yes for shipping outside the UK and pick your country from the list. Can't see your country? Sorry, we can't post there yet, but email hello@matchdaystubs.co.uk and we'll see what we can do.

For most of the EU (including Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and Sweden), Norway, Switzerland and the USA, the import tax is added at checkout at cost, so there's nothing to pay when it arrives. For other countries, your country may charge import tax or a handling fee on delivery; the basket tells you which applies before you pay.

Each keepsake is made to order. We aim to post every order within 48 hours. We're a small business, so now and then it might take a little longer. UK orders usually arrive 2 to 3 days after posting. Ordered a pre-game stub for a game that's too soon for free delivery? If Royal Mail Tracked 24 can still get it there the day before, you can add it when you build your stub, at Royal Mail's price. If only Special Delivery can (guaranteed by 1pm on match day, for weekday games kicking off after 1pm), you can add that instead, also at Royal Mail's price. Abroad, Royal Mail aims for 3 to 5 working days in Europe and 5 to 7 working days elsewhere; frames and A3 prints go tracked.

No, and we're upfront about that. We're an independent, fan-made keepsake maker, not affiliated with any club, league or competition. We use your club's colours, the city, players' surnames and the score, but never crests, kit replicas or official logos.

Nothing to wrap, and no prices anywhere on it.

Yes. Not sure which game, or which keepsake they'd want? Give them a voucher and let them choose: an amount they spend on anything we make, or the stubs and keepsakes you pick, and they pick the match. We send it to you to hand over, or email it straight to them on the morning you choose. Add a voucher stub and we'll post it too. Yes, that's exactly what the surprise option is for. In the builder choose "It's coming up", add the match and your details, and we'll make the stub now with the score left blank, a brilliant "we're going!" reveal. After the game, you can order the matching stub with the real final score and scorers for half price, we'll email you a reminder the day before to take a photo at the ground, then your link and code about three hours after kick-off. It has to reach you before the game, so order a pre-game stub at least a week ahead. Either way, it's the keepsake that says: you were there.

Yes. With every order you choose one of our charity partners at checkout: Birmingham Children's Hospital Charity, Cure Leukaemia or the MS Society. 5% of what you pay, excluding delivery, goes to the charity you pick. You can add a donation of your own too if you'd like, and every penny of that is passed on.
